The Science of Hitting by Ted Williams

Ted Williams’ batting classic, “The Science of Hitting,” is one of the best books ever written on marketing.

All marketers should dream of “becoming great hitters.”  


Feldsteinco's advice is to follow Williams’ 3 rules:

1) “Get a good ball to hit,”  i.e. swing at the best pitches, which means go after your best customers

2) “Proper thinking,” i.e. be strategic

3) “Be quick with the bat,” i.e. act decisively and powerfully
